Madison Street Garden Homes - In Progress Just recently broken ground, the Madison Street Garden Homes project is a 6 unit infill development of courtyard style garden homes located in the King William Historic District. Designed to complement the turn of the century limestone and caliche block homes of King William, the project is using ICF (insulated concrete form) construction yielding foot thick concrete and foam block walls with exceptional energy performance. Careful design, siting, and material selections are projected to attain a minimum LEED Gold designation. Completion and occupancy is scheduled for Spring 2010 for the first two homes.
