Nola Ruth Mixed Use - Harker Heights, TX - In Progress Currently in planning and marketing, the Nola Ruth project is located in Harker Heights, Texas, a community of executive level housing and upper-end retail adjacent to Killeen, Texas, the home of Fort Hood. With exposure to Hwy 190 but connected to existing residential along Nola Ruth Boulevard, the project is planned as a walkable community that integrates garden home and townhome living with open green space and a complimentary commercial center buffering the 190 and Nola Ruth intersection. Having received substantial interest from the area medical community, Yndo CRE is now partnering with Huffman Builders to make available medical office ownership opportunities within the commercial component of the development.
