Warfield Office/Warehouse Renovation 12008 Warfield consisted of the cosmetic renovation and re-tenanting of an under-valued office/warehouse facility in the prime airport area industrial park of Beacon Circle. Through a joint-venture with the owner/occupant, The Office Planning Group, Yndo CRC coordinated SBA financing, leasing of existing vacant space while under contract, and interior/exterior improvments. Unable to locate a suitable building in their exact size requirement, the structure allowed The Office Planning Group to acquire larger facilities as both users and investors, while minimizing their downside during future tenant turnover.
