St. Benedict's Mixed Use - In Progress The St. Benedict's project is the conversion of the former St. Benedict's Hospital into 66 residential and live/work condominiums, with a one-of-a-kind location in the heart of the King William Historic District and the Southtown Commercial Corridor. The project, totaling 100,000 SF of gross building area, is projected to reach full competion Nov. 2009 with the first phase being ready for immediate move-in and nearing full occupancy. Plans include several commercial spaces, ideal for gallery or retail, surrounding the original 1883 Edward Elemdorf house, the new home of a Dwight Hobart/Liberty Bar restaurant.
